We welcome new players of any level, from complete beginners to experienced internationals. We have 2 senior teams who play in the South East Women's Lacrosse League.

Our 2nd team is mainly senior players alongside a few experienced junior players.

Senior Training
We run an inclusive training session for the Senior Squad from 8-9pm on Wednesdays at The Royal Masonic School, Rickmansworth.

From 7:30pm you can join us for a fun fitness session before the main training at 8pm.
