Hawks first ever u15s match

Thanks to a bit of help from the Macabi girls, Hawks today fielded its first u15s team in a match against Reigate Priory, the girls started well but were met with some solid and powerful defensive play from Reigate. Reigate drove well into our defensive end, but some superb containment from Lucy and Ruby and some great saves from Ellie meant we stayed in control. In the second half the team settled well and took control with some good midfield running from Annabel, Talia and Georgie, and excellent movement in attack to shift the Reigate defence, clinical finishing from Fiona saw Hawks win 6-2. For a first performance, this was a great effort and we hope to see many of these girls at the various Hawks training sessions in the future and playing for our senior second team
